1. Where can stamped concrete be used? Is this new concrete or applied over existing concrete? Do I have to tear out my existing concrete if its in good shape? Stamped concrete can be used for walkways, driveways, foyer areas, steps, patios, basements, pool decks, sunrooms, front entryways of a home or business, lobbies and cafeterias. It can be cast-in-place (4 6) or it can be applied over existing concrete provided it is structurally sound and all surface defects are repaired. If your existing concrete has several cracks or a crumbling surface, you may just want to remove it and replace it. A topping over structurally sound concrete can be as thin as 1/16 or thicker.
2. Why buy architectural stamped concrete instead of pavers? Patterned Concrete is a low maintenance product that is cast-in-place over a compacted stone bed. This eliminates the ability for weeds and plant growth between the stones, or for the stones to shift and heave thus enabling them to crack. Our stone base will not wash away over time the way a sand base does. Architectural concrete can withstand the harsh winters (and the freeze/thaw conditions it brings). Patterned Concrete offers excellent quality at an affordable cost, giving you a permanent product with lasting beauty.

4. How much does architectural stamped concrete cost per square foot? Do you give free estimates? Many variables contribute to the square foot price and total cost of the job. These factors will be evaluated at no charge to you by one of our design consultants. Individual projects start at our company minimum of $4,600.
5. Do you warranty your work? Yes. We provide a one-year warranty on color fading or spalling.
What size and type of projects do you do? From smaller to medium residential and even large commercial, Patterned Concrete does it all. Individual projects begin at our company minimum of $4,800 and have exceeded $500,000+.
7. How long does it last? What type of maintenance is required for Patterned Concrete? We recommend regular cleaning with a broom or garden hose and resealing every 2 to 4 years. When maintained in this manner, it will last a lifetime.
8. Will my concrete crack? Concrete does crack. However, your concrete will be saw cut to control cracking. Occasionally, some hairline cracking does occur outside the control cuts. This is totally normal and does not affect the integrity of your concrete.
